About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to represent our team in interactions with clients. The ideal candidate will provide top-notch customer service by responding to client tickets, escalating key issues, and liaising between internal departments.
The selected individual will be responsible for:
- Providing prompt and professional responses to client inquiries
- Escalating complex issues to developers and ensuring timely resolution
- Liaising with internal teams to close out client issues and improve overall service quality
- Analyzing ticketing data to generate reports on metrics such as time-to-resolution and classification
The Project Coordinator will be expected to possess:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Able to escalate software bugs and issues to developers
- Ability to derive meaningful insights from ticketing data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
To succeed in this role, applicants must have:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
