Job Description

The role holder is responsible for driving strategic alliances to achieve business growth through partnerships with national and regional influencers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute partnerships to deliver income through effective execution of initiatives, expand market reach, and enhance overall performance.
  • Ensure the selection, documentation, negotiations, and business initiation for partners.
  • Maintain the health of business from partners and ensure timely business settlements.
Requirements
  • Strategic/Managerial Responsibilities:
    • Strong stakeholder management, decision-making, and analytical skills.
    • Proficient in central office - channel management deliverables.
    • Strong handle on effective channel management facets of business.
  • Core Responsibilities:
    • First point of contact for all partners and prospects.
    • Accountable for all control function interfacing including compliance, legal, finance, SPU etc.
    • Drive business delivery via daily engagements with internal channel members.
    • Responsible for driving initiatives aimed at achieving revenue targets.
    • Daily dashboarding; creation of engagement and review platforms to ensure delivery of budgets.
    • Bridge between partners and YBL for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
  • People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities:
    • Organize regular training for resources on products, processes, competition benchmarking for trade & forex business in retail segment.
    • Bridge between sales team and product team for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
    • Periodically review performance to identify business leakages and take corrective measures.
