Job Title: Senior Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Chennai. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to internal and external users of our production systems. You will work closely with global teams across all regions to ensure seamless support and resolve complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level technical support to internal and external users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to production systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills in Linux, Windows, and cloud-based systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
