Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
As a Technical Support Specialist at Tech Data Advanced Private Limited, you will be responsible for determining the scope of work, calculating resources required, and advising senior system engineers on quotations. You will also install and configure services, carry out technology and maintenance support, and provide level 1 support for installed services.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Certified in at least one technology domain
- Strong technical knowledge and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
