Job Opportunity: Servicing SpecialistOverview of Responsibilities:

As a Servicing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely resolution of orders for regional Sales Teams within defined customer service frameworks. This involves analyzing order status, gathering information on scheduling and material receipt, and dispatch schedules. You will also identify potential issues affecting defined timelines and take end-to-end ownership of assigned orders.

  • Analyze order status in our systems and gather information on scheduling, material receipt, and dispatch schedules.
  • Highlight potential issues affecting defined timelines and take end-to-end ownership of assigned orders for regions.
  • Drive all documentation related to shipments with CFT teams and collaborate with Logistics teams to mitigate risks/delays proactively.
  • Attend relevant meetings to obtain data and updates on open orders and identify issues to be resolved by sales teams.
  • Arrange cross-functional meetings to resolve bottleneck-related issues for priority orders and ensure On-Time-In-Fulfillment (OTIF) targets are met.
  • Provide feedback from timely resolutions and identify key stakeholders to engage in resolving outstanding issues.
Requirements:

This position requires advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and Reporting (VBA Macros, Power BI), as well as SAP knowledge. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and decision-making abilities are essential. Additionally, negotiation skills, conflict resolution, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders are required.

The ideal candidate should have good understanding of Supply Chain essentials, preferably in the pharma industry. Prior experience in Plant PPIC concepts is also beneficial.
