Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the overall planning process, covering demand forecasting, supply chain optimization, and distribution logistics.
  • Collaborate with channel and category teams to gather forecasts for upcoming quarters.
  • Develop inventory plans at the warehouse level based on forecasts.
  • Maintain inventory levels and coordinate purchase orders and inter-warehouse stock transfers.
  • Work closely with the packaging team to plan and procure packaging materials.
Requirements:
  • Able to independently manage analytical tasks related to planning.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Experience in supply chain management and operations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations.
  • 0–3 years of overall experience.
