About the Role

Our ideal candidate will lead and participate in implementation projects for a leading supply chain planning solution.

  • Key responsibilities include requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment of modules such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory, and S&OP.
  • Configuration of RapidResponse modules is also a crucial part of this role.
  • The successful candidate will design and build dashboards, alerts, scenarios, and analytical reports within the system.
  • Integration with ERP/legacy systems using ETL tools, APIs, or middleware is another key aspect of this position.
  • Collaboration with business users to translate supply chain requirements into functional solutions is essential.
  • Data validation, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and reliability are critical skills for this role.
  • Providing training, documentation, and post-implementation support to end-users is also a key responsibility.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time, with high quality, and aligned to best practices in supply chain planning.
