Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Management Specialist. This individual will be responsible for leveraging expertise in Blue Yonder tools to drive supply chain planning and optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage data integration with Blue Yonder tools to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Lead strategic supply chain planning and inventory optimization projects, utilizing strong analytical skills to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders to improve data quality, efficiency, and system functionalities.
  • Develop and maintain technical skills in SQL and programming languages to enhance system capabilities.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and data integration.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their challenges, opportunities, and risks, providing tailored solutions to address these needs.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, staying flexible to adapt to changing client requirements.
  • Execute unique project designs within the BY TMS application, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Utilize established project management processes and tools to track progress, communicate updates, and manage task due dates.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain relationships, ensure project success, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Participate in project meetings, leading when necessary, to drive collaboration and achieve project goals.
  • Lead technical project teams during the design, development, testing, and implementation of sophisticated application systems, resolving complex support issues.
  • Accountable for delivering high-quality projects on time, meeting or exceeding client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management and data integration, with a strong understanding of Blue Yonder Warehouse management and Planning modules.
  • Proven experience in integrating JDA ESP solution with JDA SCPO and other applications.
  • Expertise in ERP application integrations with WMS.
  • Strong knowledge of Blue Yonder supply chain planning tools and technical skills in Planning and WMS platform.
  • Hands-on developer experience with JDA Integrator.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain functions and best practices.
  • Experience with SQL and programming languages is highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and IT standards, processes, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
