Logistics Manager Job Description

This role involves overseeing and coordinating the import, export, transportation, and logistics processes for sensitive semiconductor equipment, ODC cargo, utilities, gas, chemicals, other direct/indirect materials, and finished goods products.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of logistics workflows, KPIs, and cost-saving initiatives. They will also be able to analyze logistics data, identify areas for improvement, and implement process changes as needed.

  • Manage and oversee end-to-end logistics processes, including inbound and outbound freight, customs clearance, and warehousing operations.
  • Establish relationships with global and domestic suppliers and customers to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, such as transportation delays, supply disruptions, or natural disasters.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to logistics, customs, and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Preferred bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
