We are seeking a highly skilled Instrument Support Professional to join our team at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. As an Area Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering customer support and technical service to our esteemed clients across the globe.
ResponsibilitiesThis role involves:
- Installing and maintaining instruments
- Providing basic operation training to customers
- Ensuring preventive maintenance planning and modifications are performed in a timely manner
- Seeking timely support for difficult product issues, maintaining recommended spare parts, and maintaining excellent customer relationships
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering with a B.E./B.Tech degree and a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the relevant field. They should have advanced technical competency in one of the product lines in IVD and possess skills to consultatively help and support technical troubleshooting along with other functions.
