The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented Program Manager who can build and scale our fellowship and campus-led initiatives. You will be responsible for program end-to-end management, including recruitment, campus relations, stakeholder management, operations, and program delivery.

Eligibility criteria include:

  • Graduation from top engineering, commerce, science, or arts colleges
  • 4-5 years of relevant work experience as Program Manager, Campus Relations Lead, Community Lead, Operations Manage, or similar
  • Strong track record of managing end-to-end programs (recruitment, operations, stakeholder management)
  • Experience in college outreach, CSR, social impact, relationship management preferred
