We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our digital transformation and Artificial Intelligence initiatives across the dynamic Asia region.

This pivotal role will define, drive, and execute our digital and AI strategy, ensuring strong alignment with global objectives.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the digital future of our business in Asia, impacting how we engage with customers, optimize operations, and drive innovation.

Key Objectives:

  • Strategic Alignment: Develop and execute digital and AI strategies across Asia, ensuring seamless alignment with global directions.
  • Maximizing Reuse & Efficiency: Drive a culture of reusability by identifying opportunities for common solutions and platforms across countries.
  • Regional Collaboration & Synergy: Foster collaboration among country-level digital and AI teams, creating a cohesive regional ecosystem.
  • Regional Advocacy & Global Influence: Act as the primary conduit between Asia regional teams and global digital/AI leadership, articulating regional needs and opportunities.
  • Driving Innovation & Growth: Identify, pilot, and scale innovative digital and AI solutions that unlock new business value and improve customer experience.

Our ideal candidate has extensive experience in driving digital transformation, leading cross-functional teams, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives. They should have a deep understanding of emerging technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence, and be able to articulate their vision and goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital and AI roadmap for Asia.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize digital and AI initiatives based on strategic impact and business value.
  • Lead the adoption and localization of global digital and AI platforms across Asian markets.
  • Establish regional communities of practice for digital and AI, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate closely with global leadership to advocate for regional requirements and ensure they are incorporated into global strategies.
  • Monitor regional digital and AI performance, tracking key KPIs and providing regular reports.
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies, AI trends, and competitive landscape in Asia.
  • Manage relationships with key external partners and technology providers.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of digital and AI professionals.
  • Ensure all digital and AI initiatives comply with regional regulations and data privacy laws.
