At Plenum, we are seeking an accomplished educator to join our team as a Computer Science Instructor.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a talented professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our students. As a Computer Science Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of our students.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver comprehensive lesson plans aligned with Cambridge standards and school academic plans.
  • Monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
  • Mentor students in discipline, values, and life skills, modeling Plenum's SCORE values (Standards, Coach, Ownership, Respect, Evolve).
  • Contribute to hostel supervision, student activities, and pastoral care in a boarding school environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in computer science and technology.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and leadership to support student growth and development.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field; B. Ed preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Proficiency with technology and willingness to use smart classrooms.
  • Boarding school experience is a plus.
  • Relevant expertise in subject area experience with coding, programming, or digital tools strongly valued.
