Job Opportunity:

The position of Senior Electronics Specialist is available for the development of cutting-edge aerospace electronics products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement electronic hardware components, including digital and microprocessor circuits
  • Analyze and troubleshoot electronic hardware components to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance at project level
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technology roadmaps for product hardware and platforms
  • Conduct environmental testing and support quality assurance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or Electrical Engineering with 7-8 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of electronics fundamentals, power circuits, and EMI principles
  • Experience in high-speed digital or mixed-signal design and analysis
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and explain them clearly
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Experience with board design, EMI filter design, lightning analysis, and component selection
  • Knowledge of CMMi, Six-Sigma, and HW Processes for product/HW development

  • Self-motivated with a focus on results and sense of urgency
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix organization structure
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Circuit analysis for tolerance, power, thermal, and worst-case scenarios
  • Layout guidelines and interface with layout engineer for implementation
  • Board bring-up and testing
