Job Title: Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure timely payment of loans and minimize defaults.
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, referrals, and networking strategies.
- Conduct thorough field assessments to evaluate customer creditworthiness and verify collateral valuation for secured loan products (LAP, Personal Loans).
- Foster a deep understanding of various loan products such as LAP Loans, Personal Loans, Secured Loans against property.

Requirements:
- 1-6 years of experience in sales or relationship management in the banking industry is required.
- Strong knowledge of loan sales processes including documentation procedures is essential.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization is crucial.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels are necessary.
