We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Strategic Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in macroeconomics and strategy, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and data-driven insights to organizations. This will involve analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and business data to help decision-makers make informed choices that positively impact their organization's performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret complex macroeconomic and geopolitical data, geo-strategic plans, funding data, and donor dynamics.
  • Work in multi-stakeholder environments and complex consulting projects with global exposure.
  • Deliver consulting engagements with excellent customer-facing capabilities, client relationships, and strong analytical skills.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in consulting and strategy-oriented projects.
  • At least 4 years of experience in analyzing macroeconomic and geopolitical data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with demonstrated commitment to quality client services.
  • Self-starter, high-performance achiever, project leader with cross-functional experience.
  • Passionate about functioning amongst diverse consulting firms.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly at an executive level, fluent in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with active listening.
  • Command over MS Office and basic MS Excel.
  • Advanced Degrees (Master's or PhD) in Economics, Development Studies, Public Policy, or Social Sciences.
