Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing Property Options: Identify and source suitable property options that meet client requirements.
- Client Coordination: Coordinate with clients to arrange site visits and discuss their needs.
- Negotiation and Discussion: Negotiate with property owners regarding client terms and conditions.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings between clients and property owners.
- LOI Coordination: Coordinate the issuance of Letters of Intent (LOI) for selected properties.
- Title Search Report: Coordinate with clients and property owners to obtain Title Search Reports.
- Lease Agreement: Coordinate the drafting and finalization of lease agreements.
- Registration Coordination: Coordinate the registration of lease agreements with local authorities.
- Refundable Security Deposit: Coordinate the release of Refundable Security Deposits (RSD) to property owners.
- Consultancy Fee Invoice: Coordinate the generation and submission of consultancy fee invoices.
- Owner Scope of Works: Coordinate with clients and property owners to determine the scope of works.
- Possession Handover: Coordinate the handover of possession to clients.
- Rental Release: Coordinate the release of rent to clients.
- Feedback and Follow-up: Obtain feedback from clients and property owners and maintain regular communication.
