Our datacenter operations team is responsible for ensuring compliance with business units and service-level policies. This includes engaging with appropriate teams and resources to execute tasks or projects, managing programs associated with area of responsibility, and demonstrating conscientiousness on cost adherence.
We are looking for a highly skilled Critical Environment Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in our leased datacenters. This includes reviewing MOP/SOP/EOP procedures, conducting RCAs, FMEAs, change governance, and risk mitigation.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of industry experience in a datacenter or other critical environment facility. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is also required. Additionally, you will need to be able to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including passing the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
As a successful CO+I CE Field Service Engineer, your success will be measured by ensuring compliance with data center business units and service-level policies, engaging with appropriate teams and resources to execute tasks or projects, and demonstrating conscientiousness on cost adherence.
Additionally, you will participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process as appropriate, maximize Critical Environment (CE) availability in conjunction with landlord partners at leased Datacenters, and ensure optimal operational efficiency.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
