Job Opportunity: Cluster Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Cluster Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing partnerships and alliances with Vehicle Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), local officials, and their dealers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and collection, with experience in retail loan sales and collections for at least 5 years. Additionally, they will be willing to travel extensively to engage with the market and have a strong background in vehicle finance, particularly new or used commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with Vehicle OEMs, local officials, and their dealers.
  • SOURCE EV fleet customers in the local EV market through direct field work and hands-on approach.
  • Analyze regional market trends to discover new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Manage Region rollout and partner onboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement monthly sales plans in collaboration with partners and lead funnel management.
  • Oversee soft and hard collections processes.
  • Cultivate alignment between the Region and pan-India retail vehicle finance initiatives, reporting directly to the Regional Head-Retail Finance.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail loan sales and collections.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to engage with the market.
  • Vehicle finance experience, particularly in new or used commercial vehicles.
