Job Overview:

We are seeking a Commercial Contract Specialist to join our growing legal team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our commercial agreements align with business objectives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a sharp legal acumen and a startup mindset to manage commercial contracts and compliance while driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, as well as advising on cross-border legal and regulatory matters.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution of commercial agreements, while identifying and mitigating potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft review and negotiate SaaS & IT Services Agreements
  • Advise on cross-border legal and regulatory matters including data protection and FEMA guidelines
  • Negotiate Collaboration & Staffing Agreements NDAs and Marketing Contracts
  • Provide legal guidance in contract disputes dispute resolution and potential litigation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law LLB is required Master's or professional certifications e.g. Bar Admission are preferred
  • 4-6 years of post-qualification experience
  • Experience in fintech financial services or technology sectors is a plus
  • Prior in-house legal counsel or top-tier law firm experience preferred
