We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Windows and Nutanix administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our Nutanix infrastructure.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Administering Nutanix HCI systems and providing technical support.
  2. Managing components and performing routine server maintenance.
  3. Configuring and deploying Nutanix hardware and software, setting up VMs, and managing storage solutions.
  4. Assisting with operations like VM provisioning and patch updates.
  5. Configuring and maintaining networking components and managing Nutanix storage and VDI solutions.
  6. Monitoring Nutanix cluster performance, resource utilization, and health metrics, generating reports and implementing optimizations.
  7. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and performance bottlenecks in the Nutanix infrastructure.
  8. Implementing security best practices and compliance standards.
  9. Contributing to automation using scripting languages and tools.
  10. Maintaining documentation for system configurations and procedures.
  11. Collaborating with teams to support business processes and deliver integrated solutions.
  12. Implementing and managing backup and disaster recovery solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8-12 years of experience in Windows and Nutanix administration.
  • Excellent knowledge of Nutanix HCI systems, including configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with virtualization platforms, including VMware and Hyper-V.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages, such as PowerShell and Bash.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
