Job Description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing stock replenishment, defining safety stock norms, and ensuring timely delivery of consumer promotions.

The role involves monitoring daily stock availability, aligning with logistics teams on dispatch schedules, and ensuring high truck utilization to reduce transportation costs.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve fill rates, stock freshness, and reduce SLOB (Slow Moving Obsolete Inventory)
  • Coordinate with demand and supply teams to ensure stock availability and alignment with business needs
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • MBA in Operations or equivalent degree in Supply Chain Management
  • 2-4 years of work experience in Supply Chain, Planning & Distribution in FMCG industry
