Job Title: Supply Chain Optimization Expert

This is a senior-level position that involves leading the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle R12 SCM modules. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SCM modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Bills of Material (BOM), and Work-in-Progress (WIP). To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of supply chain processes and be able to design and configure Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) plans to optimize these processes.

  • The consultant will lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle R12 SCM modules, including Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and Bills of Material (BOM).
  • Design and configure ASCP plans to optimize supply chain processes, including demand planning, supply planning, and capacity planning.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide solutions to meet business needs.
  • Develop and customize reports, workflows, and interfaces using Oracle tools such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and XML Publisher.
  • Perform data migration, integration, and validation activities for Oracle SCM modules.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues related to Oracle SCM and ASCP modules.
  • Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices and standards in all deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in Oracle R12 SCM modules, with a strong focus on ASCP.
  • In-depth knowledge of SCM modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, BOM, and WIP.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ASCP plans for demand and supply chain optimization.
  • Proficiency in Oracle development tools such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and XML Publisher.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and integration capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
