We are seeking a strategic Inventory Management expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to drive supply chain optimization and improve procurement trends.

About the Role

This role is responsible for conducting VMI analysis, leading negotiations with manufacturers and vendors, and driving group-wide price agreements for high-value medical supplies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory management systems and experience in managing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct VMI analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and monitor procurement trends.
  • Lead strategic negotiations with manufacturers and vendors to secure best-in-class pricing and service agreements.
  • Drive and maintain group-wide price agreements for high-value medical supplies.
  • Manage group-level vendor relationships to ensure performance, delivery, and compliance in VMI operations.
  • Ensure smooth implementation and operation of VMI systems across all units.
  • Oversee timely receipt of agreed credit notes and Trade Offer Discounts (TODs) from vendors.
  • Implement, monitor, and audit standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to VMI for all units.
  • Track and reconcile VMI stock across all units to ensure inventory accuracy and accountability.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
