Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements and configuring effective supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro).

  • Work directly with clients to comprehend their operational needs and collaborate with project teams to design and implement solutions accordingly.
  • Configure RapidResponse (Maestro) according to customer-specific processes, business requirements, and the functionality of their source systems.
  • Support Solution Architects in designing complex solutions for business requirements while maintaining best practices.
  • Validate and test solutions, capturing user feedback to enhance future configurations.
  • Assist in data management and data integration-related activities to optimize supply chain operations.

Applicants should possess relevant experience in supply chain or operations research, an academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research, or a related field. Certification as a Solution Consultant level 1 is also required. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and develop high-quality solutions that optimize supply chain operations.

Preferred skills include being detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to perform in fast-paced environments. Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations is highly valued, along with industry certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP.

Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in supply chain or operations research
  • Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research
  • Certification as a Solution Consultant level 1
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
