Job Title: Technical Specialist - Supply Chain Management

This is a remote_ opportunity to work as a technical specialist in supply chain management, providing support and expertise to our clients across various industries.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical support, with a focus on supply chain and manufacturing modules. They should be proficient in SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports, and have experience handling inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data loading.

Additionally, the candidate should be able to demonstrate expertise in troubleshooting and resolving production issues across Oracle EBS layers, and have the ability to manage issue resolutions and handle custom enhancements independently.

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our clients, as well as identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance their supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients on Oracle EBS R12 implementation and integration
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance client supply chain operations
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical input to project teams

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical support, with a focus on supply chain and manufacturing modules
  • Proficient in SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports
  • Experience handling inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data loading
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues across Oracle EBS layers
  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate 3-4 real production ticket resolutions in Order Management (OM) and Inventory (INV) modules during the interview
