Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Management Expert to join our team. This role involves managing the entire supply chain process from procurement to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to business unit requirements and regulations, guaranteeing compliance throughout the supply chain.
  • ERP System Support: Provide expert-level support for our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, resolving technical issues and implementing process improvements.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance supply chain operations, including building new features and optimizing existing processes.
  • Module Development and Deployment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy new modules and projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
  • Change Control Process: Manage the change control process for requests migrating to production tenants, minimizing disruptions and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Application Upgrades and Maintenance: Support application upgrades, maintenance, security, access, and other related activities to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Ticket Assignments and Queue Management: Monitor the ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and assign tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in Workday SCM and Workday Finance, preferably in an operational or technical support role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: An undergraduate degree is preferred.
  • Report Build Experience: Familiarity with report build experience is a plus.
