Collections Strategy Lead

The Role
As a Collections Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the efficiency and optimization of collections activities. You will be responsible for managing agencies associated with the company in their assigned territory, ensuring adherence to all guidelines laid out by the bank contributing to larger organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Identification of branches and potential locations for commercial vehicle business basis market survey, competition mapping with non-bank financial institutions, and banks.
- Increasing distribution channels by identifying various channels for commercial vehicle business.
- Collaborating with product heads to ensure customers are offered best-in-class solutions for funding or multi-funding requirements.
- Designing a fulfilling customer journey leading to customer delight and making IDFC First their banking partner of choice.
- Ensuring successful adoption of internal compliances and regulatory frameworks across the business.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel as a Collections Operations Manager, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Math, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, or Management.
- Post-graduation in MBA or PGDM is preferred.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in collections.
