Senior UI/UX Designer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in creating user-centred designs by considering competitors' analysis, data, and technical constraints/opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective Communication: Collaborate with different departments (Business Development, Developers & Project Managers) to drive successful projects forward.
  • Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with competitor products, their features, and industry trends to incorporate them into the design process.
  • Design Audits and Testing: Perform UI/UX audits and tests to iterate over existing designs and optimise the customer/user experience on a recurring basis.
  • Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with developers to ensure thorough designs in development.
  • Design Systems: Create seamless design systems that enhance the overall user experience.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with Technical Aspects: Understanding of HTML, CSS, Back-end Development logics, and SEO principles.
  • Communication and Time Management Skills: Strong communication and time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and problem-solving attitude to identify and address design issues.
  • Design Skills: Proficiency in Prototyping, Wireframing, Visual Design, and User Research.
