Lead Creative Design Specialist

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled professional with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results on high-profile projects. They take a proactive approach to executing design initiatives, upholding high standards of creativity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality artwork across digital and print formats. Collaborate with marketing teams to ideate and create distinctive collateral materials.
  2. Execution: Produce creative work efficiently, demonstrating the ability to execute ideas from concept through final output while delivering consistently high-quality results.
  3. Concept Development: Plan and develop creative concepts by analyzing industry competitors, ensuring marketing goals are addressed effectively.
  4. Project Management: Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion according to established timelines and securing all necessary approvals for deliverables.
  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure all design deliverables meet quality standards and partner guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of seasoned creative experience in an agency or startup setting.
  • Proficient in online and print design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Advanced skills with AI integration into daily design work are highly desirable.
  • Capable of working efficiently in a dynamic environment and incorporating feedback from diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, with strong conversational skills to interact with professionals from diverse backgrounds.
