Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Design captivating visuals for social media platforms, including posts, reels, stories, and carousels, to engage audiences and drive results.
  • Develop marketing materials for both digital and offline use, such as event invitations, brochures, decks, and posters, to effectively communicate brand messages.
  • Collaborate with the content and strategy team to bring campaign ideas to life through compelling designs that tell a story.
  • Adapt brand guidelines into unique visuals that stand out in competitive spaces, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
  • Assist in developing distinctive brand identities for campaigns, using your design expertise to create a lasting impression.
  • Support the production team with styling references, shoot layouts, and creative mockups to ensure seamless execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as familiarity with Canva.
  • A strong sense of typography, layouts, and design thinking that drives business outcomes.
  • The ability to translate strategy and storytelling into compelling visuals that capture attention and inspire action.
  • An eye for detail, aesthetic sensibility, and willingness to experiment with styles to stay ahead of the curve.
