Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer who can take ownership of creative design needs across marketing, content, and brand communication. The role demands strong design skills, multitasking, and the ability to work on diverse projects from digital campaigns to classroom materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging visual content for social media, campaigns, newsletters, and websites.
  • Develop compelling presentations, classroom resources, and event branding for students, teachers, and parents.
  • Maintain brand consistency while adapting designs to varied audiences.
  • Collaborate with program and marketing teams to translate ideas into captivating visuals.
  • Explore innovative formats including motion graphics, infographics, video edits, and event merchandise.
  • Manage multiple projects with timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling ability through visuals.
  • Ability to adapt design style for different audiences (students, parents, educators).
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with agility and ownership.
