Visual Director - Luxury Jewelry Brand

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an accomplished Visual Director to spearhead the creative development of our luxury jewelry brand on Amazon. This role is responsible for defining and executing a compelling visual presence across Amazon touchpoints, presenting designs with clarity, luxury appeal, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define visual direction for the brand within Amazon, setting vision for photography and graphic design teams.
  • Lead all photography efforts, including product, model, and lifestyle shoots, developing guidelines and briefs that align with the brand aesthetic.
  • Collaborate with graphic design to bring the creative vision to life across content formats.
  • Review and quality-check all content received from photographers and videographers.
  • Oversee creative execution for product detail pages, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and Amazon best practices.
  • Partner with Product, Business Analytics, and Strategy teams to ensure accurate visual representation of all SKUs.
  • Use performance data and competitive analysis to optimize visuals and content.
  • Own the creative workflow, ensuring efficient processes, clear approvals, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3+ years of senior creative experience in luxury or Amazon.
  • Proven expertise in art direction, visual storytelling, or brand development.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon content strategy.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of creative deliverables.
  • Exceptional eye for detail, luxury aesthetics, and product presentation.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and principles recommended.
