Director Business Solutions Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced leader to drive business growth through effective solutioning, proposal management, and sales enablement.

The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, proven expertise in presales and bid management, and the ability to collaborate with sales and delivery teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesPresales Leadership
  • Lead all presales activities for revenue enablement.
  • Drive sales cycles from initial qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and present solutions.
Bid and Proposal Management
  • Own end-to-end RFP/RFI management.
  • Collaborate with engineering, delivery, and finance teams for technical solutions and pricing.
  • Implement and improve presales processes and best practices.
Sales Enablement & Marketing Support
  • Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities and accelerate deal closures.
  • Support sales forecasting and opportunity progression.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and develop account expansion strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in Presales, Sales Engineering, and Bid Management within IT services.
  • Strong exposure to global clients.
  • Demonstrated success in leading presales functions and enabling revenue growth.
