Job Title: Executive Quality Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining a culture of quality within the organization
  • Developing and implementing quality policies, procedures, and standards
  • Conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Providing guidance and support to quality personnel on quality-related matters
  • Analyzing data and metrics to inform quality decision-making
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports on quality performance

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 18 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Proven track record of implementing quality initiatives and driving process improvements
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards

Preferred Qualifications:
