Job Title: Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues and providing support for Google Workspace (GWS) using industry-standard ticketing tools and ITIL Framework.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with a minimum of 2-8 years of experience in TAC support.
  • Familiarity with Industry Standard Ticketing tool, ITIL Framework etc.
  • Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification is preferred.
  • Good typing speed preferably 30 to 50 WPM.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education.
  • Flexibility with night shifts and rotation shifts.
  • Candidates must register EPs and submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive.

Preferred Skills:

  • End-to-end knowledge in Record to Report Process.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
