Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an M Tech Technical Mentor located in Pune.
The Technical Mentor will be responsible for guiding and mentoring students through their technical curriculum, conducting workshops and bootcamps, developing lesson plans, and providing individualized support to students.
The mentor will also be responsible for evaluating student progress, offering constructive feedback, and helping students prepare for interviews and placements.
Qualifications Technical mentoring and teaching skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearlyExpertise in programming languages and software developmentExperience in curriculum development and lesson planningStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in conducting workshops and bootcampsExperience with interview and placement preparationAbility to offer constructive feedback and support to studentsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldExperience in the tech industry, particularly in a mentoring or teaching role, is a plus
