Architectural Leadership Role

Our organization is expanding its product offerings to include integrated payroll, proposals, whiteboarding, and AI-powered tools.

As we continue to evolve education management through a comprehensive SaaS platform designed for tutors and tutoring businesses, we are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with strong architectural expertise in AWS and platform design.

This individual will play a pivotal role in translating high-level product vision into a scalable technical foundation. Key responsibilities include solution architecture and technical design, defining and enforcing platform-wide standards, implementing observability practices, and facilitating team mentorship and leadership.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in an architecture or senior technical leadership role.
  • Strong full-stack expertise with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Demonstrated success in designing multi-tenant architectures and scalable systems handling 1,000+ requests per minute.
  • Advanced proficiency in AWS, including EC2, Lambda, RDS, IAM, CloudFront, and Cognito.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of summarizing trade-offs clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
