Furniture Design Position

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Furniture Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and creating furniture products that meet the highest standards of quality.

  • Design Graduate from NIFT/NID or other institutes, with a solid understanding of Lifestyle Product Accessory Designs or Furniture Design.
  • Hands-on experience in Design and Development, particularly in Home Décor, Furniture and Craft Clusters through Conceptualisation, Product illustrations, Material explorations and Product development.
  • Proficiency in working with multiple materials such as Wood, Metal, Terracotta, Fabric, Leather, Bamboo and others.
  • Production coordination with craftsmen, medium and large-scale factory production of similar products.
  • Experience managing production schedules, processes, vendor coordination and craftsmen communication.
  • A keen eye for detail, prioritising perfection and continuous improvement.
  • Optional but ideal: prior experience in Jaipur or Jodhpur furniture clusters and companies.
  • Embracing growth and self-improvement, motivated, dedicated and disciplined in learning and striving for excellence.
  • Effective persuasion and communication skills, bridging gaps between designers, corporates, clients and craftsmen.
  • Technical proficiency in Rhino, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Auto CAD/3D Max, Adobe inDesign, Corel Draw and Keyshot.

  • Manage production schedules and processes to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of design and production.
