About the Role

Are you a visionary designer seeking to create innovative digital experiences? We are looking for an experienced User Experience Designer who can drive the design of our platforms, leveraging their expertise in UX/UI principles and practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to balance aesthetics and functionality, ensuring seamless user journeys. Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is expected, with a solid understanding of HTML and CSS.

This role requires someone who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, conducting research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and iteration to deliver high-quality designs that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the visual and interaction design of digital products, tools, and portals
  • Manage the ServiceNow Portals platform, including Employee Center and other custom portals
  • Partner with Business Units (BU) teams to support future development work
  • Play a key role in integrating AI into the portal experience, shaping how generative AI, virtual agents, and personalized automation elevate the employee support experience
  • Translate business needs and user requirements into intuitive and beautiful UI/UX designs
  • Conduct UX research, usability testing, and apply insights into iterative design improvements
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver thoughtful user experiences that balance form and function
  • Create UI kits, component libraries, design systems, and responsive layouts
  • Deliver high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and detailed specs to development teams
  • Ensure accessibility and consistency across digital interfaces
  • Occasionally work with other design teams on creative assets, internal IT branding, campaigns, and storytelling graphics

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, digital product design, or web interface design
  • Proficient in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
  • Solid understanding of HTML and CSS
  • A sharp eye for visual design, spacing, hierarchy, and storytelling
  • Strong UX process mindset: research → ideate → prototype → test → iterate
  • Portfolio that showcases excellent design work and UX thinking
