As a Senior UX Designer, you will conceptualize, communicate, and pitch your ideas frequently across product, business, tech, and marketing teams.

You will bring fresh approaches, insights, and convey what's best for the user to interact with a product using best UX practices and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create quick sketches, comprehensive wire-frames, rich visuals, and interactive prototypes to deliver finished design deliverables.
  • Partner with Product Team to ideate on product direction and translate user stories into UX solutions.
  • Collaborate with product leadership, development managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
  • Document the user experience through mockups, design specs, and prototype demos.
  • Create and communicate design guidelines, patterns, and libraries.
  • Execute UX and visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
  • Drive design quality, usability, and accessibility standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design or related field.
  • Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3 code, and basic development practices.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design for highly interactive products and digital interfaces.
  • Experience in prototyping and visual design.
  • Hands-on experience working with Design systems.

KSA:

  • Strong portfolio detailing interaction, thought process, and UX design skills.
  • Good knowledge of interaction design principles and user-centered design processes.
  • Deep understanding of typography, layout, composition, information architecture, color theory, fluid grid systems, animation, and transitions.
  • Create detailed user flows and imagine movement between components to create user delight.
  • Design thinking, creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Empathy for end-users and provide usable solutions.
  • Good English writing and speaking skills.
