Digital Marketing Specialist – Overseas Education & Admissions | Work from Office (Bangalore)

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can drive student leads and admissions through AI-powered digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation (B2C):

Generate high-quality student leads for Study Abroad programs (MBBS, MD, MBA, BBA, BE, ME, MCA).

Drive both organic & inorganic campaigns for maximum admissions.

Implement AI-enabled lead generation tools (predictive analytics, AI chatbots, automated targeting).

Digital Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Marketing, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and Display Ads.

Run re-marketing & lookalike audience campaigns to scale lead acquisition.

Leverage AI for ad optimization, content personalization, and real-time targeting.

SEO, Content & Website Growth:

Boost organic rankings for keywords like MBBS Abroad, Study in USA/UK/Canada/Australia, Overseas Education Admissions.

Increase website traffic and student inquiries through AI-driven SEO & content tools.

Collaborate with design/content teams for AI-powered creatives, reels, videos, blogs, and campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager & AI-driven dashboards.

Report on CPL, ROI, conversion funnels, and student acquisition metrics.

Continuously test, optimize, and scale campaigns.

Skills & Competencies Required

5+ years of digital marketing experience in Overseas Education / Study Abroad lead generation (B2C focus)

Proven success in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Marketing

Expertise in AI tools for marketing (ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, AI SEO tools, lead automation & enrichment)

Experience in student acquisition campaigns with measurable admissions success

Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills

Hands-on knowledge of CRM integration, marketing automation, funnel optimization

Qualifications

Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field

Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, Meta Ads, AI-based Marketing Platforms preferred
