
Director of Corporate Growth

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our end-to-end mergers and acquisitions (M&A) process. This includes strategic planning, target identification, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and post-merger integration to drive business growth and expansion.
Main Responsibilities:- Mergers and Acquisitions Strategy
- Define corporate development strategies and prioritize acquisition or joint venture opportunities, conducting market research and competitor analysis for strategic targets.
- Deal Execution and Closure
- Perform valuations, prepare investment memos, and board presentations, leading due diligence with internal teams and external advisors.
- Transaction Structuring and Negotiations
- Structure deals aligning with legal and tax requirements, negotiate agreements, and ensure timely transaction closure.
- Post-Merger Integration (PMI)
- Plan and execute integration with key stakeholders, monitoring synergies, transitions, and post-deal performance.
- Internal and External Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate across functions for deal alignment, manage relationships with advisors and strategic partners.
- Education: CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred.
- Experience: 10–15 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Development, or Investment Banking, minimum 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred, with a proven track record in handling end-to-end M&A lifecycle.
