Job Title: Director of Client Service Strategy

 

At our organization, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client servicing function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth, building long-term relationships with clients, and collaborating with leadership to define account strategies.

 

The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in advertising, branding, or digital agencies. They will demonstrate strong relationship-building and leadership skills, with experience in managing large accounts and multi-industry clients.

 

As a Director of Client Service Strategy, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our client relationships and branch growth. You will work in a dynamic environment that values trust, respect, and collaboration, with opportunities to work with diverse clients and leading brands.
