We seek a seasoned Client Service Director to anchor our client relationships in India and beyond. The ideal candidate will set the standard for senior client stakeholder engagement, ensuring delivery teams are proactive and build long-term trust that converts into growth.

About the RoleThis role involves owning relationships with senior marketing decision-makers across enterprise and fast-growth tech accounts, driving revenue growth.
You will guide internal teams to deliver strategies, campaigns, and content that meet business needs, and anticipate client requirements and bring proactive solutions.
A balance of commercial thinking with creative sensibility is required - keeping margins, timelines, and impact in check.

- 12+ years of experience in client service (agency side, B2B is a plus)
- Strong ability to hold a room with senior CMOs and marketing leaders
