Production Leadership Role

Job Title: Associate Director, Production.

This leadership position involves overseeing a dedicated production team. As Associate Director, Production, you will be responsible for end-to-end production processes and client relationships. You will lead a team of project managers and ensure seamless execution of projects from initial brief to final asset delivery.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must have the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Experience in production and client servicing is necessary, preferably within the BFSI sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage and oversee all stages of production projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and empower a team of project managers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring effective project management.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure all internal and external processes are followed, including documentation, contracts, payments, and compliance with company standards.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 7-10 years of proven experience in production and client servicing, preferably within the BFSI sectors.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and empower a team of junior producers or project managers.
  • Client Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of production workflows, including creative development, asset production, and delivery across digital and traditional media.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
