We are seeking a skilled Client Servicing Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for handling client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and our agency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing brand strategies based on client sales and marketing objectives
  • Conducting client meetings, taking briefs, and presenting recommendations
  • Maintaining and updating sales and market share information for clients
  • Preparing job requisitions for creative development and production teams
  • Coordinating with departments to ensure timely execution of jobs
  • Supervising estimates and bills, and following up on payments

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • 6 months - 1 Year of experience in a similar role
  • Graduate or PG degree in related fields
