We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Service Associate to support our wealth management team.

This role will provide hands-on experience in client servicing, including tasks such as onboarding, documentation, and customer communication.

You will work closely with the team to gain a deep understanding of the financial services industry and develop practical skills in finance, communication, and tools used in the advisory space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support client servicing functions, including onboarding and documentation
  • Assist with customer communication and service delivery
  • Help with back-office coordination and day-to-day operational tasks
  • Learn and work on Excel, CRM tools, and other financial platforms
  • Collaborate with the team and contribute to ongoing projects as needed
Requirements:
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in the financial services industry
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Basic understanding of financial concepts is a plus
  • Readiness to take on multiple roles and responsibilities in a dynamic environment
  • Commitment to completing mandatory certifications as per regulatory or business requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
