We are looking for an experienced and visionary HR leader to drive our organization's success. As a strategic thinker, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR initiatives that align with our company's goals and foster a high-performance culture.

Job Description:

Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled HR professional with 8-17 years of comprehensive experience in human resources management. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing, employee records management, and HRIS administration. They will also develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals and drive business growth
  2. Collaborate with senior management to identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs
  3. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues
  4. Oversee the implementation of employee relations policies and procedures
  5. Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  6. Establish key HR metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
  7. Prepare regular reports for management review

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 9-10 years of progressive experience in HR management roles, with demonstrated success in leading HR functions
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly in India
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results
