The successful Recruitment Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand the specific skills, qualifications, and experience required for open positions.
Key Responsibilities:- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Screening and Assessment: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the position.
- Interview Coordination: Arrange and facilitate interviews, which may include phone screens and in-person or virtual meetings.
- Reference Verification: Contact provided references to verify candidates' professional backgrounds and character.
- Skills Evaluation: Administer and evaluate skills tests, if necessary, to ensure candidates possess the required abilities.
- Offer Negotiation: Facilitate the negotiation process between the employer and selected candidate, including salary, benefits, and other employment terms.
